- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful. I needed a 2nd molar root canal. Was referred to this practice by my dentist in Las Animas (who told them what I needed to have done) I come in and fill out all the paperwork and the dentist tells me that they don't do 2nd molar root canals, Medicaid never pays for them, he wouldn't do it EVEN if I could pay cash. No apology was forthcoming about my wasted trip (basically 1 day wasted) When I complained to my referring dentist, his office stated that I did not appear for my appointment (so how did I get an x ray taken and a prescription for antibiotics?) The dental assistant talked incessantly (he used to work at the hospital and made $70K/year. Now he makes $50K/year but gets needed time off. The VA was worse. Sorry for the delay in providing me with my prescription (giggles!) Men's bathroom was out of paper towels. The purell dispenser in the waiting area was empty. Kids running around unsupervised (and screaming when they had procedures) A real house of horrors! Completely unprofessional.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!April 17, 2017by Tom De Paul
