- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Removal & replacement of a crown. This is not generally a pleasant experience. Even though my old crown was difficult to remove, both Dr. Hurd and his assistant were patient, gentle, and thorough. Although my prior dentist was very good, whenever you walked into the office, you felt "money" was the driver. With Dr. Hurd, it is very clear patient comfort and satisfaction are the drivers.
